It nearly two years that I Work for Stabli Favergs In robotic division.
The business of staubli China is not good so far,And every team member worry about the Departments issue.
Last night I sleep too early due to the Body clock still in European.
Wake up at 10 o'lock,I found myslef alomost lost my appointment with my application engineer Mr Wang Peng.
Quickly take on my Clothes ,Jumping up from the bed.taking a taxi to his hotel.
At last ,we have dinner together.
Mr wang want to be a Sales engineer for System integrator.
and he is really thinking about such job change.
Maybe it good news for our team for the guy is not pay his hundred percent of engergy to his techinical job.
In my dream.
I want our sales team to be more clear task.
That's means Some person in charge of end user,some in charge of System integrator,some in charge of OEM.
That's good idea.
but I have not such power to push such Idea so Far.
I just a Area sales manager of South china.
But anyway.
Something should be changed.
